Client: Oracle MENA, Year of Completion: 2021

• Brief was to help execute the MENA forum and awards;
• and manage to turn around the same venue in 2hrs from forum to awards.
• 200 invited attendance of C level profile guests.
• Produce event theme.
• Manage invites and RSVPs
• Awards show production.

Our Responsibilities Included:

• Creating the team of the event and adapting it from print to onscreen.
• Managing pre-event logistics of RSVPs.
• Speaker management.
• Production of trophies.
• Venue management.
• Onsite registration management and staffing.
• Entertainment (flair bartender, stand-up comic, cocktails performer and jazz band).

Result:

• First MENA award event to include live entertainment.
• Managed to turn around the venue in 90mins and ensured budget was kept in check.
